Send a request from the villa's page with your dates and the number of guests. Our Miami team confirms availability and the total for your dates, and nothing is charged until the reservation is confirmed. Bookings made more than 30 days before arrival take a 50% deposit, with the balance due 30 days before arrival; bookings within 30 days are paid in full. A refundable security deposit also applies.
