Villa Lago

Villa Lago is a brand new modern home on a lake in South Miami, with five suites and five and a half bathrooms for up to 12 guests. It has 4,534 square feet of living space on a 24,600-square-foot lot that slopes down to the water and extends into the lake.

High ceilings, an open plan and floor-to-ceiling impact windows bring in light from every side, and every room looks out to the lake. The ground floor has two suites, the living and dining rooms, a family room and a guest powder room, around a large kitchen with high-end appliances. Upstairs are the primary suite, with its own bathroom, a walk-in closet and a balcony over the lake, two more suites and a large loft.

Outside is an infinity pool with sunset views over the lake, and the house also has a jacuzzi. A pool table and wireless speakers make the house easy for groups, and its central location puts most of Miami within reach.
