Send a request from the villa's page with your dates and the number of guests. Our Miami team confirms availability and the total for your dates, and nothing is charged until the reservation is confirmed. Bookings made more than 30 days before arrival take a 50% deposit, with the balance due 30 days before arrival; bookings within 30 days are paid in full.
Nightly rates start at $950 for Villa Grace in Miami, Villa Amaya in the Design District and Villa Saha in Fort Lauderdale Beach, and run to $11,500 a night for Villa Imad on the Venetian Islands. A few homes are priced on request, and every listing shows its starting rate. Ask us for weekly and monthly rates.
A security deposit is held to protect the villa owner against damages, fully refundable following our detailed post-stay inspection.
For your Miami villa rental, we welcome wire transfers, cryptocurrency, and PayPal.
Check in at 4pm and check out at 11am, with potential flexibility for early arrivals. Each villa page shows its own times.
Our property manager is on call 24/7 throughout your stay.

Most of our villas take stays from 2 nights. Some homes require longer, and a few are rented by the month. Each villa page shows its own minimum stay.
While we ensure an impeccable stay, we advise checking with your insurance provider for personal coverage during your time in our villas.
