Your choice. If You visit from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, nothing described in this policy as set or run by another company is loaded until You press "Accept" in the banner at the foot of the page: not Google Analytics, not the Meta Pixel, not CallRail, and not the YouTube player or the map on a villa page, which You can still load one at a time by pressing "Play the video tour" or "Show the map". Our own Referral Cookie (jg_src) waits for Your Accept too. Wherever You are, You can change Your choice at any time under "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page. Pressing "Reject" there stops all of them from loading in Your browser and deletes the analytics and advertising Cookies our domain holds. We remember Your choice for six months in a Cookie named jg_consent.
The fonts and code libraries our pages use are served from our own server. Apart from the services named in this policy, opening a page does not send Your IP address to anyone else.
Cookies can be "Persistent" or "Session" Cookies. Persistent Cookies remain on Your personal computer or mobile device when You go offline, while Session Cookies are deleted as soon as You close Your web browser. Learn more about cookies: Cookies by PrivacyPolicies Generator.
We use both Session and Persistent Cookies for the purposes set out below:
Necessary / Essential Cookies
Type: Session Cookies
Administered by: Us
Purpose: These Cookies are essential to provide You with services available through the Website and to enable You to use some of its features. They help to authenticate users and prevent fraudulent use of user accounts. Without these Cookies, the services that You have asked for cannot be provided, and We only use these Cookies to provide You with those services.
Cookies Policy / Notice Acceptance Cookies
Type: Persistent Cookies
Administered by: Us
Purpose: These Cookies identify if users have accepted the use of cookies on the Website.
Consent Choice Cookie (jg_consent)
Type: Persistent Cookies
Administered by: Us
Purpose: This Cookie remembers whether You pressed "Accept" or "Reject" in our cookie banner, so that We do not ask again on every page. It holds only that answer and is kept for six months.
Functionality Cookies
Type: Persistent Cookies
Administered by: Us
Purpose: These Cookies allow us to remember choices You make when You use the Website, such as remembering your login details or language preference. The purpose of these Cookies is to provide You with a more personal experience and to avoid You having to re-enter your preferences every time You use the Website.
Referral Cookie (jg_src)
Type: Persistent Cookies
Administered by: Us
Purpose: This Cookie remembers how You first found our site — for example a search engine, an advertisement, a social network or a link from another website — so that when You send Us an enquiry We know which of those to thank. It records the website You came from, any campaign tags on the link, the page You arrived on, the date and time of each visit and how many times You have visited. It is kept for 90 days from Your most recent visit, so coming back within that time starts the 90 days again and what We first recorded is kept for as long as You keep returning. It does not record Your name, Your device, the full address of the page You came from, or any advertising click identifier, and it is used only by Jatina Group and shared with nobody. If You visit from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland it is only set after You press "Accept", and pressing "Reject" deletes it.
Advertising Cookies
Type: Persistent Cookies
Administered by: Third-Parties
Purpose: These Cookies are set by Meta (Facebook and Instagram) through the Meta Pixel on our Website, described under "Advertising and Social Media" below. They record the pages You view and the actions You take here, and let Meta recognise the same browser elsewhere, so that We can measure our advertising and show advertising to people who have visited Us.
Tracking and Performance Cookies
Type: Persistent Cookies
Administered by: Third-Parties
Purpose: These Cookies are used to track information about traffic to the Website and how users use the Website. The information gathered via these Cookies may directly or indirectly identify you as an individual visitor. This is because the information collected is typically linked to a pseudonymous identifier associated with the device you use to access the Website. We may also use these Cookies to test new pages, features or new functionality of the Website to see how our users react to them.
For more information about the Cookies We use and Your choices regarding Cookies, please see "Tracking Technologies and Cookies" above, and "Advertising and Social Media" below for the advertising ones and how to stop them.
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by Us about our Service users is among the assets transferred.
For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience.
We may share Your personal information in the following situations:
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.
The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
The Company may disclose Your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
The Service Providers We use may have access to Your Personal Data. These third-party vendors collect, store, use, process and transfer information about Your activity on Our Service in accordance with their Privacy Policies.
We may use third-party Service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.
For more information on the privacy practices of Google, please visit the Google Privacy & Terms web page: https://policies.google.com/privacy
We use advertising services to measure how our advertising performs and to show advertising to people who have visited our Website.
Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)
Our Website uses the Meta Pixel, a service of Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"), which operates Facebook and Instagram. The Pixel sets Cookies and sends Meta information about Your visit: the pages You view, the actions You take — for example submitting an inquiry, sending a booking request, joining our VIP list or tapping one of our WhatsApp links — Your IP address, and Your browser and device. Where You send Us a booking request, the total We quoted You is sent with it. We use this to measure how our advertising on Facebook and Instagram performs, and to advertise to people who have visited our Website.
What Meta takes from our forms. Meta’s "automatic advanced matching" is switched on for our Website. When You fill in a form here, the Pixel reads the contact details You type and sends them to Meta: Your first and last name, Your email address and Your telephone number, together with an identifier for Your browser. Meta uses them to match You to a Facebook or Instagram account, so that We can see which of our advertisements brought You to Us and so that advertising can be shown to You and to people like You.
Meta’s setting is also able to collect a date of birth, a gender, and a city, state, ZIP or postal code and country, where a website asks for them. Our forms do not ask for any of those, so there is nothing of that kind for the Pixel to take. If We ever add a form that does, it would be collected in the same way and We will say so here.
Your details are converted into a coded ("hashed") form in Your browser before they are sent. That keeps them from being read in transit; it does not make them anonymous, because the whole purpose of sending them is for Meta to recognise You.
This is separate from, and in addition to, what You knowingly send Us when You submit a form, and it happens whether or not You have a Facebook or Instagram account.
When the Pixel loads. If You visit from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Pixel does not load until You press "Accept" in our cookie banner. Everywhere else it loads shortly after a page of our Website opens, together with Google Analytics and our call tracking, and the notice We show there records that You have seen it. Wherever You are, pressing "Reject" under "Cookie settings" at the foot of any page stops the Pixel, Google Analytics and our call tracking from loading in Your browser from then on.
If You would rather this did not happen, press "Reject" under "Cookie settings": the Pixel is then not loaded in Your browser at all. Blocking or deleting Cookies alone will not stop it: the Pixel reads what You type and sends it whether or not it can set a Cookie, and deleting Cookies afterwards cannot recall what has already been sent. What does stop it is a browser, or a browser extension, that blocks advertising trackers, because Meta’s script is then never loaded at all. Submitting none of our forms keeps Your contact details out of it altogether — though please note that telephoning Us instead is also measured, as described under CallRail below. If You have a Facebook or Instagram account, You can review and change how Meta uses information about You from other websites in the advertising settings of that account; that limits what Meta does with what it has, not what is collected here. "Cookie settings" is the switch for Your browser; a request to Us cannot reach it.
For more information on the privacy practices of Meta, please visit the Meta Privacy Policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy
We may use Your Personal Data to contact You with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to You. You may opt-out of any, or all, of these marketing emails by following the unsubscribe link in any marketing email We send, by replying "unsubscribe" to it, or by contacting Us, and We act on every opt-out within 10 business days. Emails about a request You sent Us, such as the confirmation of a booking inquiry, are not marketing and do not carry an unsubscribe link.
We may use Email Marketing Service Providers to manage and send emails to You.

We may use third-party Service Providers to provide better improvement of our Service.
CallRail
We use CallRail to understand which of our advertising and which pages of our Website lead to telephone inquiries. CallRail shows different visitors different telephone numbers, so that when You call Us We can tell how You found Us. It records the number You call from, the date, time and length of the call, the pages You viewed before calling and how You reached our Website, and it may record the call itself. CallRail does not receive what You type into the forms on our Website. If You visit from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, CallRail loads only after You press "Accept"; until then You see our main number.
For more information on the privacy practices of CallRail, please visit the CallRail Privacy Notice: https://www.callrail.com/legal/privacy-notice
Google Places
Google Places is a service that returns information about places using HTTP requests. It is operated by Google
Google Places service may collect information from You and from Your Device for security purposes.
The information gathered by Google Places is held in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Google: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/
Videos and maps
Our villa video tours play in our Website’s own player, from Our own storage (see "Hosting and image delivery" below); no other company’s player is loaded for them. Some villa pages may instead show a video tour from YouTube, and our villa pages show a map from Google Maps (or, where Google Maps is not available, OpenStreetMap). The YouTube player and the map are loaded from those companies’ servers, which receive Your IP address and details of Your visit, and YouTube and Google may set their own Cookies. If You visit from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland they load only when You press "Play the video tour" or "Show the map", or after You press "Accept".
Hosting and image delivery
Our Website is delivered through Cloudflare, which protects it and passes each request on to our server, our photographs are delivered by imgix from i.jatinagroup.com, and our villa video tours are delivered from Our own storage at Amazon Web Services when You press Play. Each handles Your IP address on Our behalf, only to deliver the pages, images and videos You ask for, and none sets a Cookie for Us.
We may process Personal Data under the following conditions:
In any case, the Company will gladly help to clarify the specific legal basis that applies to the processing, and in particular whether the provision of Personal Data is a statutory or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract.
The Company undertakes to respect the confidentiality of Your Personal Data and to guarantee You can exercise Your rights.
You have the right under this Privacy Policy, and by law if You are within the EU, to:
You may exercise Your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by contacting Us. Please note that we may ask You to verify Your identity before responding to such requests. If You make a request, We will try our best to respond to You as soon as possible.
You have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about Our collection and use of Your Personal Data. For more information, if You are in the European Economic Area (EEA), please contact Your local data protection authority in the EEA.
The Company is the Data Controller of Your Personal Data collected while using the Service. As operator of the Facebook Fan Page https://facebook.com/jatinagroup, the Company and the operator of the social network Facebook are Joint Controllers.

We use the Facebook Insights function in connection with the operation of the Facebook Fan Page and on the basis of the GDPR, in order to obtain anonymized statistical data about Our users.
For this purpose, Facebook places a Cookie on the device of the user visiting Our Facebook Fan Page. Each Cookie contains a unique identifier code and remains active for a period of two years, except when it is deleted before the end of this period.
Facebook receives, records and processes the information stored in the Cookie, especially when the user visits the Facebook services, services that are provided by other members of the Facebook Fan Page and services by other companies that use Facebook services.
