Where in Miami Beach to stay

South Beach is the southern end of the island, from South Pointe up to about 23rd Street: the Art Deco Historic District, Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road and the busiest beaches, restaurants and nightlife. Choose it if you want to walk to everything.

Mid-Beach runs from about 23rd to 63rd Street along Collins Avenue, with wider, quieter beaches, the Faena District and the grand hotels, and Indian Creek on the bay side. Our Mid-Beach guide covers it street by street.

North Beach, from 63rd Street north, is residential and calm, with North Beach Oceanside Park and Normandy Isles, and Surfside and Bal Harbour just beyond it.

The islands in the bay, the Venetian Islands, Star Island, Palm and Hibiscus, give you water on every side and a private dock or bay view, five to ten minutes from South Beach.

Why a villa instead of a Miami Beach hotel

A villa gives a family or a group the whole house: a private pool, a kitchen, bedrooms for everyone and space to be together, with none of the elevators, lobbies or crowded pool decks of an oceanfront hotel. Our concierge adds the hotel services back on your terms: a private chef for dinner in, a boat for the day, a car at the door.

Before you book

Choose your dates on a villa page to see the total. Bookings made more than 30 days before check-in take a 50% deposit with the balance due 30 days before arrival; closer in, the stay is paid in full. Security deposits are refundable. House rules, check-in and check-out times are listed on each villa page. Miami Beach has its own rules on noise and parking; our Miami Beach guest guide explains them.

Miami Beach villa rental questions

How many villas does Jatina Group rent in Miami Beach?

We list 4 private villas in Miami Beach (4 to 6 bedrooms, sleeping up to 12 guests, from $3,450 a night), and 3 more on the Venetian Islands, the causeway islands between Miami Beach and Downtown Miami. Every one is managed in person by our Miami team.

How much does a Miami Beach villa rental cost?

Our Miami Beach villas start at $3,450 a night, before cleaning, taxes and fees. Each villa page shows the total for your dates once you choose them, and our team confirms it before you pay.

What is the minimum stay?

Stays start at 2 nights. Some villas ask for more on certain dates; the villa page tells you when you pick your dates.

Are the Venetian Islands part of Miami Beach?

Partly. The Venetian Islands are a chain of small islands in Biscayne Bay joined by the Venetian Causeway, which runs from Downtown Miami to Miami Beach. The eastern islands belong to the City of Miami Beach and the western ones to the City of Miami. Either way you are a few minutes from South Beach by car.

Can you arrange a chef, a boat or a car during a Miami Beach stay?

Yes. Our concierge books private chefs, yacht charters, exotic cars and chauffeurs, restaurant and nightlife reservations, and anything else the stay needs, through the same team that manages the villa.
