Villa Justina

Villa Justina is a gated home in Miami Shores with architecture all its own: Tudor and Mediterranean Revival on the outside, modern on the inside. Seven bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, plus a private movie theater, sleep up to 12 guests in 6,679 square feet.

The large eat-in chef's kitchen has a gas stove, and there is a family room, a dining room with soaring ceilings and a parlor. The theater has proper theater seating, blackout shades and Dolby Digital sound. A full wet bar and entertaining area, with a pool table and a shower, looks down over the pool, which has a waterslide and waterfalls.

The primary suite has its own office and his-and-hers bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi tub. A gas grill waits just outside the kitchen, the pool is fenced, and the gated property keeps the house private.
