Inside, 11-foot ceilings, oversized marble floor tiles and floor-to-ceiling wood closets set the tone. The custom kitchen has Sub-Zero, Bosch and Wolf appliances, and there is a bar area and a laundry room. It is a smart home, with Nest climate control, electric shades, an alarm, security cameras and floor-to-ceiling impact windows.
Outside, a 560-square-foot covered terrace beside the pool is set up for entertaining, with a Coyote gas grill, a gas burner and an outdoor kitchen. Gated parking holds three cars.
