Catering is arranged on request. Charters run from a half day to several days. The boat is fueled and waiting at the dock when you arrive.
Prices work two ways. The boats with their own pages show a rate, from $2,250 per day, or say that they are priced on request. The 16 boats in the fleet grid are quoted for your date.
You send three things: the date, the number of guests and the occasion. We pick the boat that fits and confirm it is free that day. We book the marina, arrange the catering and plan the route. You step aboard.
The routes we plan from Miami: a sunset cruise on Biscayne Bay, an afternoon anchored at the Haulover sandbar, a loop past Star Island and Key Biscayne, or a run down to the Florida Keys. On the larger boats, your concierge plans day trips to Bimini and the Bahamas; the 88 ft Princess, for one, charters in Miami, the Florida Keys and the Bahamas.
How long you stay out is yours to choose as well. A half day, a full day or several days are quoted for your dates. For a multi-day or weekly yacht rental in Miami, ask about the boats with staterooms; your concierge will tell you which are free.
A yacht concierge is one person who handles the charter end to end, so you never call the marina, the caterer and the captain separately. Before the day, one person confirms the boat and settles the slip, the catering and the route. When asked, we add the chauffeured Rolls-Royce or Sprinter that takes the group to the dock, or an exotic car delivered to your door that morning. Where you board depends on the boat: 8 of the 16 sail from Miami Beach, 7 of them from Miami Beach Marina.
During the charter you have one number, +1 (786) 347-8402, and WhatsApp. If the plan changes at the sandbar, if you want the dinner reservation moved or a car waiting when you come ashore, you message the same concierge.
After the charter: the car back from the marina, the table for the evening, and the next day's plan if there is one. The same concierge services cover the rest of your time in Miami: a private chef, a spa afternoon, the reservation you could not get. Our exotic car rentals sit on the same call.
The 16 boats below are the fleet, in order of length from the 53 ft Galeon to the 116 ft Azimut. Each card names the marina where the boat berths and the crew that comes with it, and each is listed for up to 12 guests.
None of the 16 carries a public rate; the number depends on the date and the day you have in mind. Press Check my date on any card and the form at the foot of the page opens with that boat filled in. Send it, and your concierge answers with the price and whether the boat is free.
Three carry the New tag: the 55 ft Tecnomar Evo, the 65 ft Prestige and the 68 ft Galeon Seven Seas. The 70 ft Sunreef is the only catamaran. The 105 ft and 116 ft Azimuts carry the largest crews: a mate and 2 stewardesses on the 105, 2 mates on the 116.
